Welcome to Oravium (“we”, “our”, “us”). By using this website, requesting a quote, or placing an order, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Custom-Made Products

All products created by Oravium are made-to-order and produced specifically for each customer. Because items are custom designed and manufactured:

  • Minor variations in colour, finish, texture, or material appearance may occur.
  • Images, mockups, and concept visuals are for reference and may differ slightly from the final product.
  • Each piece is unique and produced to the specifications provided at the time of order.

2. Quotes & Orders

  • Quotes are valid for 14 days unless otherwise stated.
  • Production begins only after quote approval and payment confirmation.
  • Changes requested after approval may incur additional costs or may not be possible once production begins.

3. Design Approval

Where applicable, customers will receive design concepts, layouts, or proofs for approval before production.

Customers are responsible for checking:

  • Spelling and wording
  • Dimensions and sizing
  • Layout and positioning
  • Overall design appearance

Approval confirms that all details are correct.

4. Design Approval & Production Disclaimer

By approving a design, the customer acknowledges and agrees that:

  • All text, spelling, sizes, and layout have been reviewed and confirmed.
  • Colour representation may vary slightly between screens, materials, and final production.
  • Production will proceed using the approved design.

Once approval is given and production begins, changes may not be possible and additional fees may apply.

Oravium is not responsible for corrections, revisions, or replacements resulting from details approved by the customer prior to production.

5. Production & Timeframes

Production timelines are estimates only and may vary depending on project complexity, material availability, and workflow.

Oravium is not liable for delays caused by suppliers, shipping services, or other circumstances beyond our control.

6. Pricing & Payment

  • Pricing is based on size, materials, complexity, and quantity.
  • All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless stated otherwise.
  • Full payment or deposit may be required prior to production.
  • Payment confirms acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.

7. Custom Work — No Refund Policy

Due to the personalised nature of our products:

  • Custom-made items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable once production has started.
  • Refunds or replacements may only be considered if an item has a major manufacturing defect.

Any issues must be reported within 7 days of receiving the item, with clear photos provided.

8. Shipping & Delivery

  • Shipping costs are separate unless stated otherwise.
  • Delivery timeframes are estimates only.
  • Risk transfers to the customer once the product has been dispatched.

9. Installation & Usage

Customers are responsible for ensuring proper installation and use of products.

Oravium is not liable for damage caused by:

  • Incorrect installation
  • Improper handling
  • Environmental exposure
  • Accidental damage after delivery

10. Intellectual Property

All designs, concepts, mockups, and layouts created by Oravium remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Customers confirm they have permission to use any logos, branding, or artwork supplied to us.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Oravium’s liability is limited to the value of the purchased product.

We are not liable for indirect loss, business interruption, loss of profits, or consequential damages.

12. Website Content

Images shown on this website may include concept visuals or example projects. Final products may vary depending on customer requirements.

13. Privacy

Personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our website or services indicates acceptance of any updates.
